SCCAA's main office is located one block south of the Skagit River dividing Burlington and Mount Vernon, and just south of the Riverside Health Club.

Directions:

From I-5:

  • Take the College Way exit (#227) and turn East onto College Way.
  • Turn North (Left) at the second traffic light onto Riverside Drive.
  • Turn West (Left) onto Pacific Place (just before the Riverside Health Club on your left).
  • Skagit County Community Action Agency is the second building on the left.

Directions:

From I-5:

  • Take the Anacortes/Burlington exit (#230) and turn East onto Highway 20 toward Burlington
  • At the first traffic light, turn North (Left) onto Burlington Boulevard and continue Northward through intersection of Burlington Boulevard and Fairhaven Avenue.  Get into the Right lane. Following green highway sign instructions, turn East (Right) onto Highway 20.
  • Continue East on Highway 20 approximately 24 miles, traveling through the communities of Sedro-Woolley, Lyman, and Hamilton.
  • To enter Concrete's downtown area, turn North (Left) onto E Street, after you pass the concrete silos.
  • Continue one short block North to Main Street.
  • The Community Resource building is on the eastern corner of E Street and Main Street.

The Naval Air Station Woman, Infants, Children (WIC) Program and Maternity Support Services (MSS) Program are housed in Building #13 on the Seaplane Base in Oak Harbor.

Directions:

From I-5:

  • Take the Anacortes/Burlington exit (#230).  Turn West onto Highway 20 toward Anacortes
  • Continue approximately 16.5 miles on Highway 20, and then turn South (Left) on Highway 20 at the Fidalgo Country Inn
  • Continue approximately 9 miles on Highway 20, bearing to the Left at the first "Y" intersection after the traffic light, onto Torpedo/Regatta Road.  Bear immediately to the Left at the next "Y", which is Torpedo Road.
  • Travel a short distance to the stop sign at the cross street, Crescent Harbor Road.  You will be entering military space, and need to provide military identification.
  • Continue on Torpedo Road about 1 mile.
  • Turn Southwest (Right) onto W. Pioneer Way, taking you to Building 13, over the crest of the hill.

From Oak Harbor:

  • Use the South gate by the marina
  • Travel South on Regatta Drive
  • Turn East onto W. Pioneer Way
  • Enter through the gate.  Must show military identification
  • Turn Left onto Coral Sea Drive to return to W. Pioneer Way
  • Travel up the hill.  Building 13, the Fleet & Family Support Center, is on the Left.
